Why meditation is so hard
Try to focus on breathing. That's all meditation asks. Simple, right?
But watch what happens. Your mind refuses to stay still. It jumps to work, to that awkward thing you said, to dinner plans, to a song stuck in your head...
The goal isn't to stop thoughts. It's to notice when you've wandered and gently return to the breath. Again and again. That's the entire practice.
The wheel represents your attention. The blue slices are your breath. Everything else is distraction. Watch how hard it is to stay centered.
